Kipper Cafe is looking for Volunteers

Love Coffee? – Love People? – Love God?

Kipper Cafe opened in October 2008 in Northam as part of the ongoing work in that community being done by Riverside Family Church. The project has been well received and the cafe is attracting many local residents and business people. It seeks to serve great quality food and drink at very accessible and reasonable prices and the vision for the cafe is that people will experience something of God’s presence as they visit the venue and find Kipper cafe to be an oasis in their busy lives.

The responsibilities of the volunteers are:

To assist in the preparation of fresh sandwiches and baguettes and other food.
To deal with customer orders and take payments.
To work alongside other volunteers that staff the cafe and seek to build good relationships.
To ensure that the cafe remains a place that is filled with God’s presence.
To continue to build good relationships with customers and share God’s love and peace with them.
